Poor bowel control can be caused by many conditions such as: constipation, diarrhoea, poor mobility, damaged sphincter muscles around the back passage after childbirth or surgery, etc.

Your food habits can change the texture of your stool and passes quickly through your digestive system. If your stools are too watery, you should start to eat high fiber foods.
